More team bonding!

OZÉ values curiosity.

Whether you have been on the team since day one or it is your first day, we expect everyone to ask questions to our users, our team, and ourselves.

OZÉ lives at the intersection.

We have one foot in the US and one firmly planted in West Africa. We combine simple design with complex analytics. We chase down each dollar of profit and each measure of impact. The magic happens where ideas collide.

OZÉ respects the individual.

We know that we are cultural outsiders, but we also know individuality is as important as collective identity. This is why we aim to deeply know each one of our users. Each day is exciting because each day our users teach us something new about themselves and our business.

If this sounds good to you, reach out! We’d love to hear from you.
