How to contact Coach
Follow the instructions below to contact OZÉ Coach:
In your OZÉ app, click on the menu in the top left corner and then click on Coach. ( ☰ ➜ Coach )
Once you’re on the Coach screen, click the icon of a contact card in the top right corner.
This will bring you to the Contact Us screen where you can contact Coach by email or by WhatsApp.
Click the green WhatsApp button to contact Coach through WhatsApp.
Click the blue email@example.com email address to contact Coach by email.
What messages do I receive from Coach
OZÉ Coach sends you three types of messages: INSIGHTS, INSPIRATION, and BUSINESS TIPS.
INSIGHTS are personalized for your business from your transaction data. They help you understand which products are moving, where you are spending your money, and what you can do differently to increase profits.
