How to update your business profile and manage categories

Have you been using OZÉ for a while? Maybe you recently changed the name of your business slightly or got a new logo? Maybe you changed your phone number or moved to a new location? Not to worry, you can update this information right in your OZÉ business profile so it appears correctly on your receipts and invoices! 

How to update your business profile

Kindly follow these steps to update the information in your business profile:

  • In the OZÉ app, click on the Menu at the top left corner.

  • Go on to click on your business name.

  • A screen appears titled “Update Business Information”

  • Scroll down until you find the information you would like to update

  • Change the information and then click SAVE in the top right corner. 

How to manage categories 

Follow the instructions below to manage expense and sales categories: 

  • Click on the Menu at the top left corner

  • Then click on your business name to arrive at your business profile. 

  • Scroll down and click on either “Manage Expense Categories” or “Manage Sales Categories” 

  • To add a new category, type the new category under “Enter Category Name.” Then click ADD. 

  • To edit a category, scroll down and click on the edit icon to the right of the category you want to update. The category will appear above. Change the category and click SAVE.  

  • To delete a category, scroll down and click on the rubbish bin icon to the right of the category you want to delete. (Please note: to delete a category it must not be associated with any current transactions. Kindly edit any transactions associated with the category by changing the category to a different one. Then proceed to delete the category.)
